Yes it is but that President might be your buddy playing a joke on you - even though your caller ID says The White House and the phone number showing is really the white house phone number.. There is a new service out now called camophone that spoofs your caller ID information and it's only 5 bucks for 100 minutes of freaky spoofing fun. You can have anyones Caller ID display any information you want, just tell camophone what you want it to say and the call is placed. How it works is you give your number you are calling from and the number you are calling, you then give the bogus caller ID info and click submit. Your phone rings as the call is patched for you and you have fun. It actually places the call for you and rings your phone to patch you through.
